Services for Athletes

  • Strategy Session

    A 75-minute session to get started. Together, we will…

    Take an honest look at your sport history, goals, strengths, and current challenges.

    Determine 3-5 priorities to tailor mental training to your specific needs.

    Discuss basic mental training concepts and at least one strategy to immediately apply.

  • Foundations Package

    Build a mental training foundation with:

    Six 45-minute sessions + 1 parent and/or coach check-in.

    Available after a strategy session.

  • Consistency Package

    3-month subscription including:

    1.5-hours of one-on-one sessions/month + support during competitive events + parent or coach check-in up to 2x/month

    Suggested pacing:

    •Two 45-minute sessions/month

    •Three 30-minute session/month

    Available after a foundations package.

  • Elevation Package

    3-month subscription including:

    3-hours of one-on-one sessions/month + support during competitive events + parent or coach check-in up to 2x/month

    Suggested pacing:

    •Three 60-minute sessions/month

    •Four 45-minute sessions/month

    Available after a foundations package.
